Over the past twenty years I've worked in many domains, including: learning and development, leadership, process improvement, performance consulting, design thinking and innovation planning.

My corporate experience is primarily in the financial services sector, including many years at a Fortune 100 insurance company. I've worked in HR, IT, Operations, and Retail Banking. I'm a generalist, adept at integrative thinking. One thing remains constant; I help humans, regardless of title or position, as they respond to, adapt, and create change.

I own two businesses: KCK Creative and Monarch Journey.

Through KCK Creative, I provide innovation planning, learning and development, and creative services for individuals and businesses. I offer unique, professional and affordable ways to enhance client interactions. Drawing from my diverse background, I help solo-preneurs and small businesses frame, and communicate unique value propositions. We engage your clients in a story, without breaking the bank!

Monarch Journey, LLC, is about catalyzing individuals to make courageous decisions leading to fulfilling lives and careers. As an avid promoter of intentional life design and self-reflection, I created a personal reflection methodology and workshops to help individuals through the reflective process of life transformation.

My approach is personable and collaborative. Others say I'm imaginative, driven and passionate. My sights are always set on helping people create, learn and adapt to change and transformation. I care to understand how people learn, and what motivates them. When I hear of a compelling transformational story or an approach that will help others on their transformational path, I am a champion, spreading the news.
